For over 20 years, I directed immersive digital experiences for some of the world's most successful AAA games, including EA Sports FC, reaching 150M+ players. But when my child began to struggle with anxiety, I started to consider my work differently. What if I took everything I'd learned making games and used it to build something entirely new, something with all the wonder, and none of the pressure?

That question led me to a deep exploration of neuroscience, trauma-informed care, and evidence-based emotional regulation. Well-Centered Studios, and Sense & Center™ were born from that search. With a small team of skilled collaborators, we're creating what I call Restorative Play: beautiful, sensory journeys that guide you gently from stress to calm. We’re using technology to give, not take.
