For over 20 years, I directed immersive digital experiences for some of the world's most successful AAA games, including EA Sports FC, reaching 150M+ players. But when my own child began to struggle with anxiety, I started to consider my work differently. What if I took everything I'd learned making games and used it to build something entirely new, something with all the wonder, and none of the pressure?

That question set me on a journey to understand how digital worlds can truly soothe us rather than overstimulate us. Out of that search came Well-Centered Studios and our flagship experience, Sense & Center™. With a team of dedicated collaborators, we’re creating a new category we call Restorative Play — interactive, sensory journeys that create space to guide you effortlessly from noise to calm.
